Liners & smaller woven
FIBC Liners
Inner barrier liner
Polyethylene liners fitted inside a bulk bag for moisture and contamination protection.
Product description
An inner liner sits inside the FIBC and gives the load a barrier the woven fabric cannot. It comes loose, glued in, or tabbed.
Standard duty runs 2.5 to 3 mil, and heavier gauges run up to 9 mil. Antistatic liners are available where the bag's static classification would otherwise be compromised, and foil constructions where the load needs a full barrier or goes in hot.
Uses
- Moisture protection for hygroscopic material
- A food-contact surface inside a standard bag
- Sift control for fine powders
- Loads needing a full moisture and oxygen barrier
Industries we supply this for: Ingredients, Food Service, Chemical, Sugar

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a liner affect my bag's static type?
It can. An insulating polyethylene liner inside a Type B, C or D bag can undo what the fabric is doing. Specify the liner with the bag and we will match them.
Loose or glued-in?
Glued-in stays in place through filling and discharge and is easier for operators. Loose costs less and suits lower throughput. Tabbed sits between the two.
Send us the load, not a part number.
Material, fill weight, how you fill and how you discharge. That is enough for us to come back with a specification.
