Our FIBC bulk bags are woven polypropylene, and static class, construction, top and discharge, loops, coating and liner are specified together, not picked off a shelf. Start from the type your material demands, or the build your line needs.
Start with the static type.
This is the one specification that must not be wrong, and it is decided by your material and your site, not by preference. If you are not certain which applies, the bag builder asks four questions and works it out.
Type A
Plain woven polypropylene with no static protection, the baseline bag, and often the right one.

Low breakdown voltage fabric that prevents propagating brush discharges, the most energetic discharge type.

Conductive threads woven into an interconnected grid, terminating in a grounding tab. Must be grounded in use.

U-Panel
Load carried on continuous fabric
One continuous panel forms two sides and the base, so the load is carried by fabric rather than by stitching.

Squarest profile, best cube
Four sewn panels holding a squarer profile, better cube efficiency for stacking and container loading.

No vertical seams
Woven as a seamless tube, no vertical seams at all, so fine powders have nowhere to sift.
